Account & Registration

Registering on PinasWin is straightforward. Go to the Register page, fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth, then create a strong password. Once you submit, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number — enter it to verify your account. The whole process takes under 3 minutes. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

No. Each player is allowed one PinasWin account only. Duplicate accounts — even under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you've accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support right away to resolve it before any action is taken.

PinasWin requires standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — acceptable documents include your passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS/GSIS card, or PhilHealth ID — along with a recent selfie holding the ID. Upload these through your account settings under the Verification tab. Most verifications are completed within 24 hours on business days.

Go to the Login page and click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Enter your registered email address and PinasWin will send you a reset link. Check your inbox — and your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes. Click the link, create a new password, and you're back in. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support with your registered mobile number for manual assistance.

Yes, but changes to core account details like your email or mobile number require identity verification. Go to Account Settings and request the change — PinasWin will send a verification code to your current contact method before applying the update. This is to protect you from unauthorized changes. For major changes (name corrections, etc.), contact support directly with supporting documentation.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in to your PinasWin account and go to the Wallet section, then select Deposit. Choose GCash or Maya from the payment options. Enter the amount you want to deposit — minimum is ₱100 — and follow the prompts. You'll be redirected to your GCash or Maya app (or web page) to authorize the transaction. Once confirmed, your PinasWin balance is updated instantly. Keep your GCash or Maya app updated to avoid redirect issues.

The minimum deposit at PinasWin is ₱100 for most payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method — GCash and Maya follow their own per-transaction caps (currently ₱100,000 per transaction for GCash). For higher-volume transactions, bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are available with higher limits. Your account verification level also affects your withdrawal limits — fully verified accounts have the highest limits.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually completed within the same business day; PESONet transfers may take up to 1 business day. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. If your withdrawal hasn't arrived within the stated timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

PinasWin accepts all major Filipino payment options: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay bank transfers, PESONet bank transfers, and online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). There are no fees charged by PinasWin for deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own transaction fees.

First, check your GCash or Maya transaction history to confirm the payment was actually sent — sometimes the redirect back to PinasWin fails even after a successful payment. If the payment shows as deducted from your e-wallet but not credited to your PinasWin account, contact support immediately via live chat or at support@pinaswin.best. Provide your registered mobile number, the transaction amount, time of transaction, and a screenshot of your payment confirmation. Most pending deposit issues are resolved within 2 hours.
Bonuses & Promotions

The PinasWin welcome bonus is automatically triggered with your first qualifying deposit after completing registration. There's no promo code needed — just make your first deposit of at least ₱500, and the bonus amount will be credited to your bonus balance within a few minutes of your deposit being confirmed. A wagering requirement (sometimes called a rollover or playthrough) is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets using that bonus before the winnings become withdrawable. Different game types may contribute differently to the requirement — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while slots and casino games vary. Check the specific terms for each bonus in your promotions inbox.

PinasWin's Refer a Friend program gives you a unique referral code you can share with friends and family. When someone signs up using your code and makes their first qualifying deposit, both of you receive a bonus. Your friend gets their welcome offer; you get a referral bonus credited to your account. There's no cap on how many friends you can refer — the more you share, the more you earn. Find your referral code in your account settings under the "Refer a Friend" section.

A few things can cause a bonus not to be credited: your deposit may not have met the minimum qualifying amount; the promo code (if required) may have been entered incorrectly or after the deadline; or the promotion may have ended before your deposit was processed. Also, bonuses are not awarded to accounts that already have an active bonus pending wagering. If you believe your bonus should have been credited, contact support with your deposit confirmation and we'll investigate. Bonuses cannot be added retroactively once a promotion has expired.
Betting & Games

PinasWin displays odds in decimal format (e.g. 1.90, 2.50). To calculate your potential payout, multiply your stake by the decimal odds. For example, if you bet ₱500 at odds of 2.00, your potential return is ₱1,000 (₱500 profit + ₱500 stake back). Odds reflect both the probability of an outcome and the bookmaker's margin. Odds above 2.00 mean the potential payout is more than double your stake; odds below 2.00 mean a lower-risk outcome with a smaller return. Live betting odds update in real time during matches.

RTP stands for Return to Player — it's a percentage that indicates how much of all money wagered on a slot game is paid back to players over a long period of time. For example, a slot with 96% RTP theoretically returns ₱96 for every ₱100 wagered on average, over millions of spins. The remaining 4% is the house edge. A higher RTP generally means a better long-term return for the player, though it doesn't guarantee short-term results.
